Laga iPhone

FAQ

What types of iPhone repairs do you offer?

We offer a comprehensive range of iPhone repairs, including but not limited to: screen replacement (cracked or shattered screens, LCD issues), battery replacement, charging port repair, water damage diagnostics and repair, camera repair, button repair (home, power, volume), speaker/microphone issues, and software troubleshooting.

How long does a typical iPhone repair take?

Many common repairs, such as screen or battery replacements, can often be completed within 30-60 minutes, sometimes even while you wait. More complex issues, like water damage or logic board repairs, may take longer as they require more in-depth diagnostics and potential part ordering. We will provide an estimated timeframe after diagnosing your device.

Do you use genuine Apple parts for repairs?

We primarily use high-quality, OEM-grade (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or equivalent parts that meet strict quality standards to ensure optimal performance and compatibility with your iPhone. While we may not always use “genuine Apple” parts (which are often restricted to Apple’s own service centers), our parts are thoroughly tested and come with a warranty. We can discuss part options with you during the diagnostic process.

Do I need to back up my iPhone before bringing it in for repair?

Yes, it is highly recommended that you back up your iPhone to iCloud or your computer before bringing it in for repair. While we take every precaution to protect your data, unforeseen circumstances can occur during the repair process. Backing up ensures your important information is safe.
